ESTIMATE INCLUDES:

The total cost including
preparation & professional service with
uniformed bearers on turnkey contract basis for
the number of guests expected and suggested (Any
extra guests served on any session are chargeable
extra)

A flat rate for an average of
30 people extra per session consisting of mantapam
staff, decoration staff, nadhaswaram party and
cooking staff etc. to be provided food on function
days@Rs.3000/= per day.

Token advance to be paid to
reserve the dates Rs. 1,0001/=.

Advance to be paid 30 days
before the due date of the Event 50% of the total
value
-
Balance amount of the final
bill on actual on completion of the event

Other arrangements on actual
You provide:

Kalyanamantapam, cooking
vessels, gas stoves, cooking gas, cleaning staff,
tables & chairs only.
-
Chaffing dishes, melamin plates
and spoons for buffet service if not available or
not allowed from outside by the Mantapam
management.
We provide:

Excellent food & service
with 25 litre cans of mineral water ( for drinking
purpose only ) with tap all through the function
days, disposable glasses, paper rolls for the
tables, plantain leaves for South Indian lunch or
dinner, uniformed bearers for service with ladles
and gloves.

Betal nuts and betal leaves
after every session.
-
Chaffing dishes ( Food-warmers
like in Star hotels), melamin plates, paper
napkins, dinner spoons and uniformed bearers with
black trousers, white full sleeve shirts, black
bows and black shoes for North Indian buffet
services.

On-the-spot personal
supervision on function day /s by our Works
Director.

Coordination with other service
providers for the arrangements you opt for.
